Here at Saltworks, we’re passionate about encouraging diversity and equity in the workplace.

However, by the time we as lawyers get involved, things may have already deteriorated too far, creating tensions and a host of other problems in your organisation.

So we wanted to highlight some issues that could cause problems and raise them in an informal way with organisations to help head off future complaints. We’ve devised a series of informal, 60 minute, lunchtime sessions where our lawyers can come in and talk to your team over a sandwich, about some of the tricky issues we face in the workplace. These sessions will be half presentation and half discussion, giving your team plenty of time to ask questions, and we’re happy to have members of your team join us remotely.

Prices start at just £350 a session - please contact us for more details!
